What started as a small team of practitioners in London has grown into a leading social impact agency committed to dismantling the root causes of social and economic exclusion. Through learning and co-production, we support communities working to reclaim their futures and provide purpose-led organisations with the tools and knowledge they need to amplify their efforts.
Staying true to our humanity in our approach, we recognise the unique context of each person and place, which helps our partners move away from generic, top-down solutions and towards solutions that actually stick.

Building foundations
Renaisi is founded to support resident-led regeneration in east London, building strong local foundations in Hackney that live on to this day.
TSIP founded
Stephen Bediako OBE founded The Social Innovation Partnership (TSIP), which uses participatory approaches to combine strategy with community insight to address complex social challenges.
First learning partnerships
Deepening our expertise
Renaisi launches large-scale missions focusing on the intersection of urban health, inclusive employment, and community wealth. TSIP continues to specialise in community-led interventions through co-design and co-production and strengthens its local roots in Southwark and Lambeth.
Combining our strengths
Renaisi and TSIP join forces to amplify their impact as a joint social impact consultancy, honouring their legacies of place-based working and applying a systems change lens to evaluation, learning, and co-design.
Fiscal support for communities
Anchored by The Social Investment Consultancy, the organisation adds social investment and fiscal hosting to its portfolio, working to make capital more accessible to communities traditionally excluded from these opportunities.
Introducing Renaisi Innovation
Based on nearly four decades of experience, we continue to work with communities, local authorities, funders and public bodies to push for systemic change on a local, regional, and national level.
