Evaluation
We assess delivery, outcomes and context, generating insight that helps you improve, adapt and evidence your work.
Using a place-based systems change approach, we look beyond outcomes to the conditions, relationships, power dynamics and resources that shape them. This helps partners understand how change is happening, who it affects, what is supporting progress and what may be holding it back.

Learning Partnerships & Evaluation
We work alongside funders, charities, public bodies and place-based partnerships to embed learning into strategy, delivery and decision-making. We create the spaces, tools and evidence partners need to reflect, adapt and improve in real time, combining research, evaluation and systems-change practice to strengthen outcomes for people, communities and places.
We believe that evaluation must challenge systemic inequities, power imbalances, and historical disparities rather than reinforcing them. Our approach starts with clarity about purpose and power: who the work is accountable to, who has a stake in its outcomes, and who should shape the questions, methods and interpretation.
We work with you to design processes where people most affected by the work you’re doing will have meaningful influence over what is explored, how evidence is interpreted and how insights inform action. When lived and learned experience hold authority in the learning process, evaluation becomes more ethical, grounded and accountable.
