Natsayi Sithole
Chief Executive
Natsayi Sithole is Chief Executive of Renaisi Innovation, appointed in 2024. She ensures our work remains boundary pushing, equity-centred and inspires collective action across sectors to work towards changing systems and creating thriving places. She leads the strategic direction and overall oversight and running of the organisation.
Natsayi has over a decade of experience in the social sector. Her background spans people and youth-centred programme design, funding systemic approaches, strategy, leadership, and organisational change.
Prior to Renaisi Innovation, she held senior positions at Save the Children UK - working on institutional transformation as Chief of Staff, and was involved in developing place-based initiatives to transform the early years as Head of Strategy & Accountability in their UK Impact Team. This included supporting the development of the cradle to career initiative Children’s Communities, and the funding model for the first pilot years of their five Early Learning Communities in Margate, Sheffield, Tower Hamlets, and Cardiff. She has specific expertise in philanthropy and collective impact for place-based systems change, and has worked on cross-sector partnerships bringing together the private sector, philanthropy, and the public sector.
She also has experience as an intersectional feminist community organiser, coaching, and is trained Lewis Deep Democracy Facilitator.
She believes that collective impact, people-powered, and community-owned approaches are essential to achieving sustainable and just change for communities.
She is Chair of the Advisory Council at ALAMEDA Institute, a UK and Brazil-based research institute connecting social struggles with the gatekeepers of intellectual production. She is also Trustee at The Difference, an education charity championing school inclusion.
