Sheila Ruiz is a Non-Executive Director at Renaisi Innovation.
Sheila is a programme and partnerships manager with over 18 years' experience in the cultural and social impact sectors. She is passionate about building a more equitable, inclusive and conscious world with a focus on global majority communities. She is current Programme Director for BBC Children in Need's We Move FWD Fund.
Previously, Sheila has held senior roles at the Commonwealth Foundation and previously worked for Facebook/Meta and the Royal African Society. She is also a certified embodiment coach and loves helping people to gain more self-awareness, resilience and choice through the body. Sheila is of Spanish and Equato-Guinean heritage and has made London her home.
