What we achieve together.
A lot of funding, policy, research and current practice is designed and structured around specific issues such as homeless or education, or specific groups of people like refugees or young people. But if you want to address the root causes of why people experience these problems in the first place, this way of working becomes a problem.
Enter place-based systems change. Using this approach, we can set boundaries to complex issues while identifying the root causes of a problem in a specific place or system, what people’s experience of this problem is, and who might be well-placed to support them in solving it.

Our team brings lived and learned expertise, with experience across government, philanthropy, charity sector, research, evaluation, co-production, community development, organising and leadership.
We understand the complexity of places, systems and institutions, and combine rigour, care and judgement so partners can act with confidence and accountability alongside communities.
